What does my hotel registration include?

Your hotel stay is all inclusive of meals and beverages.

It does not include: Room service (included for Premium Level accommodation only) - Laundry/dry cleaning charges - Bottles of liquor - Local/long distance telephone charges - Spa services and treatments - Gift shop purchases - Golf (Green fee, cart, driving range, shoe rental etc.) - Motorized water and land sports - All lessons (Tennis, water-sports, scuba, golf, etc.) - Room deliveries $3 per room (for any type of delivery) - Tours.



What is your refund policy?

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE.



How to book my room?

Once we have you registered, we will send out the link for you to book your hotel.



What does my registration include?

Your registration includes all general sessions, breakouts, property tours, transportation to/from airport.



Who can attend the Pre-Conference workshop?

ONLY the conference attendees can register to the pre-conference workshop.
